Rob DiNinni is an actor, comedian, writer, educator, and coach. As a founding member of StageCoach Improv, Rob delivers experiential learning while laughing and custom comedy to showcase themes, competencies, and key learning for companies nationwide. He performs improv and sketch comedy and facilitates improv for business training, team building programs, conflict resolution, sales coaching, and leadership development. He also works closely with executives, clinicians, and medical schools providing communication skills coaching as an actor and educator.

Rob’s improv training approach is fueled by his executive experience and inspired by the Groundlings, Del Close, and Keith Johnstone on the Art of Improvisation. As a professional actor and member of SAG-AFTRA, he has had leading roles in TV theatre, films, and corporate videos.

Rob’s had an esteemed business development, sales, and marketing career with over 15 years of professional executive experience in the computer, software, and IT services industry.
